Module 3 will explore valuable research about foundational skills that help us all to set and achieve our goals. You will reflect on your own skill strengths and struggles, and see how knowing your skill profile can help you as you pursue goals of any kind.

ESTIMATED TIME: We recommend setting aside 3-4 hours over one week for this module.

Module 3 begins with some solo reading and a self-assessment. Then, you'll watch a video, listen to a podcast, and hear more about the story introduced in the previous module. There's a quiz you can complete alone or with a partner. Finally, you'll exchange insights with  your  learning partner.
